The Rainbow Residential District is our newest investment and a debut in Rzeszów. The building with a unique and modern design is located in the dynamically developing area on the edge of Staromieście.

The three two-storey apartments (numbers 50, 51 and 91) will be finished to the highest standard, including parquet, inner doors, painted walls, lighting, completed bathroom and wooden-framed windows .The building will have modern glass stairwells, as well as a pleasantly colored façade, giving the residents a sense of optimism and standing out from its surroundings. The construction will also have a two storey garage, with one level underground, guaranteeing suitable parking opportunities for both tenants and their guests. Elevators running from the parking levels ensure swift arrival at the chosen floor.

The building will have nine storeys in all with the underground one and the ground floor used solely for parking purposes. Above those, five levels/floors of single storey flats with balconies, as well as one with two storey apartments with inner stairwells, viewing terraces and air conditioning have been designed.

It is important to note that the real space within the two storey apartments is actually 48% less than that measured by the floor surface; this is due to the sloping of the roof. The price for the apartments excludes this fictional 48% of space.
The layout of inner walls and rooms within particular apartments can be freely modified according to the wishes of the customers, once appropriate arrangements with the constructor are made and if technically possible (i.e. taking into account safety measures, general construction outline with plumbing and electrical grid etc).

The residential area will have a playground and will be fenced.
